I have been so fortunate to have found Pro Stop after the last straw with my dealership. I was leary to trust anyone looking at the Van after a few episodes of being "over-serviced" in the past. However, I have known Tanya for some time, and I know that I can trust her and Jeff. I tend to "listen" to the noises the Van is making and try to be pro-active - before a problem becomes worse. I am never looking for a problem, but more wanting to avoid something more serious if left too long. I have been to the shop for oil changes and regular service (brakes, etc) a number of times now, and that has included checking on "noises" a few times. I was relieved each time that Jeff and his staff found nothing problematic due to the noises and they were able to explain why the noises were happening. I am sure they could have taken advantage of my noise issues, but they don't operate like that. I like it when I don't have to pay for something that is not an issue and when I know I can count on not being sold something that I don't really need. There is comfort that I feel when I take our vehicles to Pro-Stop that I am only paying for what is needed, and that they are honest and reliable. We also had our black Ridgeline detailed a few months ago, and it looked like new, incredible work! Thank you Tanya and Jeff!! They are down to earth hard working people who have huge hearts. I love supporting people in business like them.
